CROCKER PARK WINE FESTIVAL SET FOR SEPTEMBER 13 & 14
Plans are in place for the third annual Crocker Park Wine Festival, a benefit for health related charities in Cuyahoga County and beyond. Held Friday, September 13 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in the beautiful park-like setting of Crocker Park, the festival is expected to draw over 3,500 people to aid in charitable missions related to heart disease, cancer prevention and general wellness.
The Crocker Park Wine Festival will showcase over 150 wines from local, national and international producers as well as select craft beers and spirits. Guests will enjoy musical entertainment from Road Home, Brooklyn 232, The Graphics, Funkology and Monica Robins & The Whiskey Kings as well as delicious food from Bistro 83 and Manny’s Mac & Cue as well as educational seminars on site all weekend long. Additionally, guests can unleash their inner Picasso as they sample fine wines and create a masterpiece with step by step instructions from the team at Wine and Canvas. New classes are held every 40 minutes and guests can take their masterpieces home with them.
Tickets are $22 in advance and $27 at the door and include 10 tastings and a souvenir wine glass. Additional tastings are $1 each at the event. Designated driver tickets are available on site for $10 each and include two non-alcoholic drink tickets. Wines, craft beers and spirits sampled at the festival are also available for purchase at your local Giant Eagle stores post festival.
